About the Trio Advisory Salary Report

For a number of years Trio Advisory has been conducting cyclical surveys of employee remuneration. The results of those surveys published in the Salary Survey are made available to participating companies. The Trio Advisory Salary Survey is a tool supporting HR Managers’ work. It helps operate an informed remuneration policy.

 

In practical terms, it is of particular importance in the following situations:

  • formulating job offers for candidates in the hiring process

  • pay rise negotiations (also with social partners)

  • payroll fund planning

  • identifying risks related to human capital in companies

Each survey participant receives:

  • raport rynkowy zawierający wyniki analizy danych dla wszystkich stanowisk uwzględnionych w badaniu dla wybranego rynku (w formacie PDF)
  • report results (Ms Excel file)
  • comparison of an individual participant's salary data with market data (pdf and printable versions)
  • one-day workshop with a consultant to discuss the results and benchmark the company against the market (about 4 hours)

 

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

  • full printed version (PLN 800 + VAT to be paid over the order value)
  • additional benchmarking against regional data: (PLN 1,900 + VAT)
  • additional benchmarking of individual employees against overall survey results (PLN 1,500 + VAT)
  • additional benchmarking against a market composed of selected companies: (PLN 2,000 + VAT)

The methodology of the survey was developed by our consultants and based on their years of experience. What makes our Salary Survey different from other remuneration reports?

  • Intuitive process of position/job mapping conducted with our consultant
    The correct mapping out of the positions within an organisation to match them to individual survey categories is the very foundation of our survey. The approach applied in the Salary Survey ensures the correct performance of this task and avoidance of mistakes thanks to the intuitive and transparent classification of positions at two levels: the level in the career path and the level in the functional area (or more specifically - a particular discipline). Our consultants participate in the mapping process.

 

  • Transparent presentation of results
    The usefulness of a survey depends on how easy it is to interpret its results. Our approach enables you to analyse results at various levels of detail, from a very general one, such as a functional area, to a very detailed one - a particular position. The following tools complement survey results: Comparison of company payroll data to market data and results presented in an .xls file with an built-in browser filtering results by criteria relevant for the company, demographic factors, zooming in on particular provinces with an option to chose whether or not you want data from greater city areas or outside of them.

 

  • Each participant can influence characteristics of the survey sample
    There is an option to conduct additional benchmarking for selected regions and against a cluster of companies selected by the client.

 

  • The package also includes assistance in interpretation of results
    As part of our bundle of services around survey we thoroughly analyse the results of benchmarking and discuss them with each participant. Such consultations usually bring conclusions relating to the current management of company's remuneration policy as well as some recommendations as to possible changes aimed at boosting effectiveness in this area. If necessary, Trio Advisory consultants use their extensive skills and expertise to support our survey participants in the implementation of effective tools for managing the remuneration policy.
